The echoes of my past
Embedded in my soul,
Far beyond the cherished memoirs
Of my bleak sojourn.
Where my voice is heard
Places of deep mourning,
To the end of hate
I lust for peace, rejoicing.
Of sky so blue
Where clouds of rain washes,
Cleansing this worn body
Freedom, where I belong.
Love speaks e'r so loudly
My world is shaken,
For deep inside my heart
Lies all these wishful thinking.
