Mind cloaked behind Obsidian Veil
It makes me wonder,
A mask of smile that makes me frail,
My heart is falling under.
Twisted thoughts of irony
It makes me fear,
The truth behind such felony
Of tales I cannot hear.
Strangest of strangers
I am a moth,
Behind a smile lie unknown dangers
Seeking flames for my cloth.
Honeyed words meant to delight
I lose my wall,
A willing victim without a fight
Of words meant for a fall.
Tainted truth hidden
Tell me, my dearest friend,
Of sins that are guilt-ridden
My soul is bewildered.
